At RunAmok, we pride ourselves on being horseman first. Our staff has a diverse background in the horse industry, covering almost every discipline. Everyone on the team has extensive horse experience. We treat your horses like we would our own. Our knowledgeable drivers and friendly staff make sure you and your horse are taken care of from the first phone call to the final delivery. We know shipping your horse long distances can be stressful, both for the owner and the horse, so we strive to make it the best experience for everyone.

In addition to horsemanship skills, RunAmok drivers are thoroughly screened, background checked, and are randomly drug tested. We ensure that all of our drivers follow the rigorous USDOT regulations and commercial licensing. Safety is our topmost concern so we always plan our trips with this in mind.

MEET TEAM RUNAMOK

JOEL

President and CEO

Joel started RunAmok Transportation in 2010. He saw the need for a better way to ship horses and decided to combine his love of horses and trucks to form one of the top shipping companies in the country. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Finance from the University of Colorado. Additionally, he has shown hunters and jumpers extensively in Colorado and throughout the West Coast. Joel does it all from managing RunAmok, driving, and mucking the trailer.

KRISTIAN

Vice President, Northern Operations

Kristian is a proud Colorado native and has spent his life with horses. He shows hunters and jumpers throughout the US. Some of his favorite horse shows include Spruce Meadows and The Oaks. He holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science in animal science and agriculture from Colorado State University. When not riding or driving the truck, Kristian can be found skiing in the Rocky Mountains.
